About Me
Hi, my name is Tara. I began training as a Counsellor in 2020 at the age of 42 years old. I have not looked back since, and I have rediscovered my passion for learning. I am a link governor for PSHE in a primary school. I am passionate about children's learning and social and emotional development to promote positive future outcomes. I am a mother of four, having had my younger two children later in life. I enjoy spending my days off with my family, cats, and dogs. I practice Mindfulness in my personal time, and I am also a Mindfulness Practitioner. My main areas of interest in Counselling are Attachment and Trauma; although I am not limited to working specifically in these areas, I am available to offer sessions to anyone who feels counselling would help them.
